Information for Funeral Directors
Further Information:
One of the things I pride myself on is effective communication throughout the process of preparing your ceremony and below gives an outline of how I work.

When instructed through a Funeral Director I will:
-
Aim to get back to you on the same working day if you have called and left a voicemail to discuss my availability.
-
Contact the family on the same day as instructed and if this is not possible, I will always make contact within twenty-four hours.
-
Inform you (the Funeral Director) when I have arranged to meet with the family.
-
Email an order of service on the same day as the Funeral Visit, or by mid-morning the next day.
-
Respond to emails and calls promptly when preparing the service including checking drafts copies of service booklets.
-
For burials and cremations I always arrive forty-five minutes before the service to enable to me to greet mourners as they gather.
-
Once the service has ended, I will always say goodbye to all mourners and will only leave once the family has left.
-
I will never rush from one service to another as I believe it is important that every family that I work alongside has my full attention while I support them in their grief.

When instructed directly I will make contact with your chosen Funeral Director on the same day, or if not possible, the next working day to introduce myself and will work according to the above standards.
